GOHS Grant Statistics Instructions
Statistics needed for GOHS grant applications can be generated with the following steps:

1. Click the "Reports & Extracts" page along the left side-bar, or at https://www.gearsportal.com/Pages/Reports/MyReportsAndExtracts.aspx.
2. Click the blue "Run a Report" button at the top left of the screen.
3. Scroll down to find the "Grant Statistics: Agency" or "Grant Statistics: County" reports.
4. Choose "One-Time (immediately)" on the Schedule page, and click the “Next” button.
5. Choose the date range you want data for (likely the previous year or fiscal year), the Agency or County you want data for.
6. Click "Submit" on the last page of the wizard.
7. A new tab will open with a PDF of your results. Note: Ensure you are not blocking pop-ups on this page.
